eWork

eWork is the App for the attendance record and virtual clocking of employees working out of the company and who need to record the working hours spent in different workplaces. It’s easy to use, you just need to open the app, pick a job, pick a task and push clock in.

eWork detects the geolocation and sends it to the back-end system that works as a collector. The Company receives in real-time the following records:

• attendance record, geolocated and visible on the map of your personnel
• general calendar of done jobs, with information about the ended jobs and the current ones
• working hours spent per commission, project and client
• data economic enhancement, ready for the invoicing
• absence, time off and smart working requests with a customizable approval process
• holidays remainings and time off communication (ROL)
• attendance and absence exportable data, ready with causals for the payroll processing.

It has six anti-fraud control proprietary algorithms. Possible counterfeiting attempt of the data are detected by the control algorithms..

eWork is customizable: you can download it and try it, but with the back-end settings it is customizable at a company level and also for specific employees.

eWork has radically changed the attendance record and clocking in mobility:

• it doesn’t need any installation for the company, no clocking machine nor time track, no need for specific skills or additional infrastructure requirement.
• it doesn’t need the continuous wi-fi signal, because the clocking and the data will be transmitted automatically during the next synchronisation.
• it allows the photos records and the QR code detection
• the data gathered can be exported and they are available both on file and web services for real-time integrations with other devices
• the company has, included in the service, a complete reporting, flexible and customizable, with filters, graphics and xls exports.
