Great app that implements the GTD method very well. Has some nice quality of life features like scheduled tasks being moved to 'Next actions' on the scheduled date, quickly setting task properties when entering the task title (kind of like smart add in other todo apps). Most things can be done with just the keyboard and the default keybinds are very vim-inspired. Development has kind of slowed down but the app works well regardless. Most things can be done with just the keyboard and the default keybinds are very vim-inspired. Development has kind of slowed down but the app works well regardless. You may be able to create custom scripts, web apps to perform certain actions using the app's provided REST API or by editing the sqlite db. [Source](https://www.reddit.com/r/gtd/comments/1kg1ugw/has_anyone_left_everdo_for_something_else_for/ms09dlf/) The developer had indicated a few years back that he [might open source](https://forum.everdo.net/t/if-you-stop-developing-everdo-will-you-open-source-it/2435) it if it's no longer viable to maintain it. Would be nice since there are some minor bugs and the android app could be improved.
Good software, but a pro license can only be bought by using a credit card (as of May 2022), no alternatives possible like PayPal etc.
This is the greatest GTD app!! You can keep your data completely private because it works completely on your PC, with the possibility of syncing with the mobile version.
Good app but shameless copy of Nirvana UI and UX. Normally, that's fine but the devs insist they weren't "trying" to copy. However, the reality is that the UI is a window-by-window copy of Nirvana.
What's Nirvana UI and UX? I tried to search for it to compare but could not find it. Could you perhaps send a link?
Here you go, the name of the other app is NirvanaHQ. By UI I meant User Interface, and UX means User eXperience

Nice UI, developer actively communicating with its users. No cloud account needed for syncing.
