ErrorGen is described as 'The Error Message Generator (ErrorGen) is a simple program that generates customized error dialogs. The idea was inspired by a web-based error generator which created images of error boxes. This program, however, creates "real" error boxes that can be dragged around' and is an app. There are three alternatives to ErrorGen for Windows and Web-based. The best ErrorGen alternative is SketchyWebsite, which is free. Other great apps like ErrorGen are Dr.Windows and The Message Box Toy.
