What is eProject?
eProject is the Projects and Timesheet management app conceived for SMEs, offices, microenterprises and also for multinationals. It allows to record project activities on order directly from smartphone with a simple and immediate daily Timesheet. eProject app can be integrated with the EcosAgile Timesheet cloud software in order to manage and to fill in a weekly and monthly Timesheet.
In addition to the recording of working hours on project you have also the possibility to send holidays, time off and smart working request and other full day or hour absences.
Here you are the main eProject features and characteristics.
To record absence request in mobility:
- It simplifies the holidays, time-off and smart working requests insertion by using a company definable causals list for the different types of workers;
- It allows to synchronize in real time the requests and to notify to the user the approval status after the responsible authorisation;
- It communicates every employee the current and planned holidays and time-off residuals situation;
- It allows the company to control continually and in real time the calendars and the holiday plans, also for project groups, working teams and orders.
To Fill in the Timesheet:
- It allows the employees to record the working hours on order in mobility. Every worker will see only the orders in which he is allocated and, the order settlement and their allocations is carried out by the responsible or by the office provided by the cloud back-end EcosAgile Timesheet;
- The orders list can be obtained also from possible company systems that are already in place;
- Actual working hours can be processed by cloud back-end features, that perform project economic analysis and control, extracted as normal xls or sent automatically to other control and administrative systems;
- It allows to add besides the regular hours also the extra hours worked on project, displayed in the worked hours on project and order summary list.
