We founded Entrée with the goal to reduce startup failure.

Today, 9 out of 10 startups fail. According to CB Insights, the number 1 cause of startup failure was building something that has NO market need. Simply put, these startups failed because they did not solve a real-world problem.

Having learnt and experienced the lean startup methodology first-hand, we grew to become strong believers of it. This methodology takes a problem-first approach to understand your customers and iterate your solution, creating a product or service that they truly need — and are willing to buy.

In a structured and proactive way, you will better understand your customers’ biggest problems as you develop and test your ideas (and minimum viable product) in the real world.
