What an overfed tool to simply manage a database. It installs a lot of tables in the database you want to manage, which other tools don’t do. And I could not find my own tables, only the ESP stuff – very unintuitive, in my opinion. I might have overlooked something of course, but I am not very patient and don’t have the time to read manuals or so. I prefer DbNinja, which is so easy to use, does not stuff up your database and has all the functions you might ever need.
I am not great at databases, but this system made it very easy for me to visually manage the data, including organizing the tables, creating foreign keys and creating easy forms for entering data. It also has a bunch of neat add-ons like custom allowed values, and a cool alternative to foreign keys where you can select multiple items from the linked table.

Ended up using this as a backup gradebook for a class I help teach. In the beginning I was firmly opposed to switching to this from an online based spreadsheet, however as I learned the program it turned out to be far more powerful and useful than our previous solution. Big thumbs up to this program as a database for consistent record keeping and modification.
