EDIUS is very, very good, advanced NLE for professional work, which you can even actually buy with a one time payment if you want. It's intuitive and handy, quick to learn and highly configurable. It does support many plug-in packages and many of them even come bundled. I, as an editor, am very happy with it through all those years. The only down side is ... SADLY there's no GNU/Linux, BSD or Mac version! Microsoft's pseudo OS slop is intolerable and is not suitable for serious work since many, many years. We desperately need to break those chains and be able to choose an OS according our needs, tasks, mood etc. Please, GrassVally, don't keep us locked up in the Microslop dungeon! Allow us to work in a normal environment!
