easyDCP player is a JPEG 2000 decoding solution is created for post production facilities and small-sized digital cinema productions. The decoding is accelerated by a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) and provides real-time playback of 2k Digital Cinema Packages (DCP) or sequences of J2K images.
Available for Windows and Mac Real-time decoding of 2k@24fps Due to a flexible C++ API this decoder can be integrated into other host applications, e.g. for a DCP play-out system, a DCP unwrapper or any other post production tool that needs to decompress J2K files: Just get the Fraunhofer decoder and a quick, state-of-the-art Graphical Processing Unit – that’s all you need for real time playback.
