Dynasty Lords

Dynasty Lords is chess like wargame set in an ancient Chinese themed kingdom. The game has a chess like simplicity of play yet adds a strong strategic and tactical flavor. Two emperors, the Jade Emperor and the Gold Emperor are battling for control of the Celestial Kingdom. In Dynasty Lords you control an army comprised of different types of soldier pieces. Each type of piece possesses distinctive movement and attack abilities. You start by setting up your forces in secret taking into account the unique terrain features of your starting territory. Once both sides have finished placing their pieces the full board is revealed. Pieces are then fluidly moved with certain restrictions to their movement based on the intervening terrain. Victory occurs in one of two ways. Either seize your opponent’s castle or capture your opponent’s Emperor, Prince, and General. The game provides high replay value, a myriad array of strategic and tactical options, as well as addictive gameplay that will provide countless hours of fun and entertainment.
