I bumbled around the web and github for a while trying to find and install many other versions of DNSCrypt on Windows until I found this gem. Makes installation extremely simple, even for novices.

Only drawback is that it's not yet supported on Windows 8.

What is DNSCrypt Windows Service Manager?

This little program will assist in setting up DNSCrypt as a service, configure it and change network adapter DNS settings to use DNSCrypt. It is built on the idea behind dnscrypt-winclient and includes a few elements from this program.

It includes the option to use TCP/UDP protocol, IPV4/IPV6 connectivity, choice of network adapter to configure, as well as configurations for currently available DNSCrypt providers.
