I was with DNS.com when they still offered yearly plans. They changed their pricing options and abandoned yearly plans for monthly plans with less features (less domains) for a price per month more as I was paying per year. I have several emails from dns.com staff assuring me i will stay on the yearly plan. Only to receive an email a few months later to say that my yearly plan has expired and that I must now move over to a monthly plan. Needless to say I moved all my domains away and vow never to use dns.com or their owners other products ever (comodo.com). So my warning stay away and their are better dns providers out there as well
