What is DmitriRender?
DmitriRender is a DirectShow filter for video players. It converts video frame rate in real time and allows you to watch any movies and videos without jerks and turbidity. It calculates on the video card and inserts frames with intermediate position of objects into the video. This can significantly improve the viewing experience. Motion in the frame obtains a smooth, monolithic, fully synchronized with the output device (monitor, projector, or TV) refresh rate.

Better than SVP in my opinion but the license check is so annoying, you need to contact the owner to refresh your license every time after the Windows updates. Moreover, in order to refresh your license, you have to provide the error report which contains a lot of your PC's information which is not good for privacy.
Much more practical than SVP !
It uses a DirectShow filter when launching MPC-HC, on my 120Hz screen the movies are not just in 60fps but in 120fps, and my GTX 1070 uses 60-70% in the task manager when watching a movie in 1080p!
