It similar to steam, in that you have the list of games that you want to instal. Most of the games though are open source/freeware with some shareware demos. The really cool thing about this program, is that you can have it install allof the games in a separate partition. It can do this because it is a linux distro independant installer. So all of the drivers/libraries needed to run the game are installed in its own folder.
I have multiple Ubuntu Distros on my computer and will be having the DJL games installed on a separate partition. Then I could play any of the games from DJL on any of my Ubuntu Distros. I just wish that there were more games in the list. As of me writing this there are only 122 games. It would be great if they included all of the shareware and other free games from places like: http://www.happypenguin.org/ http://www.lgdb.org/list_games
and other linux based game sites. If they included all of them, then you would be able to install thousands of games all independant of your distro install.
