What is Dework?
You may have noticed that the nature of work and how we find employment is slowly changing! DAO or a Decentralized Autonomous Organization is an organization represented by codified rules, like a transparent computer program. A DAO is controlled by its members in a central board. This is how a DAO works in a nutshell.
Dework is a tool that enables DAOs to manage tasks and rewards, get applicants as well as contributors and pay contributors with Stablecoins or with tokens from their own platforms. It also allows easy integration with Discord. This way, DAOs can easily manage community contributions by applying restrictions to certain tasks, thus restricting participation in any task to community members who have certain Discord roles.
