hiSHtory Alternatives

hiSHtory is described as 'Better shell history. It stores your shell history in context (what directory you ran the command in, whether it succeeded or failed, how long it took, etc.). This is all stored locally and end-to-end encrypted for syncing to all your other computers' and is an app in the security & privacy category. There are three alternatives to hiSHtory for a variety of platforms, including Linux, Mac, Windows, BSD and fish apps. The best hiSHtory alternative is Atuin, which is both free and Open Source. Other great apps like hiSHtory are hstr and McFly.
