Data Pump offers good performance, a huge number of formats to choose from, and a wizard that helps you fine-tune your import or export to your needs, with convenient mapping, templates and all.
I strongly recommend this tool for its simplicity and reliability. Besides, our workflow is tightly integrated with Google services, and it is very convenient for us to exchange data between SQL databases and Google Sheets.
