For the price-benefit relation has no comparison
I bought it 2014 (lifetime license). Having tried a lot of database management tools during the last years I found Database .NET belongs to the best.
It supports any (relational) database you can imagine. Browse, edit, query, design, relationship diagram (ERD) - just to mention some of the functionality.
