Reporting and progress can be tracked through multiple entities. As an adviser can be a part of multiple organizations, this enables an employer, supplier, and even a regulator to get real-time visibility of an individual’s training and accreditation – proficiency assurance.

Dacreed then closes the compliance loop with policy management, professional development planning, performance reviews, and registers for compliance and operational issues. Any issues can then be flagged, dealt with, and training or disciplinary processes enacted, with clear audit trails and reporting for both management teams and the regulator.
