Daily exchange rates of foreign currency automatically in Exact Online

If you do business with countries outside the Euro area in foreign currency, then it is not very useful to register the exchange rates over and over again. With the currency-toolkit you can easily load the daily exchange rates, published by ECB, in one or more administrations of Exact Online. This works both for Exact Online Netherlands as for other countries in which Exact Online is available.

How does this free app work?

• Sign in with your Exact Online username and password,
• Choose the tool "ECB Daily Exchange Rate",
• Choose the required administration(s),
• Choose a date if necessary,
• Load the daily exchange rates in your administration with the button "Read" (existing daily exchange rates remain),
• Get a CSV file using the the button "History". With this button you can store all exchange rates, which are present in your Exact Online administration.

You can also load the exchange rates in a template administration. When properly configured, the exchange rates will be processed automatically in all derived administrations.
