CUCV is an independent project aimed at facilitating connections between candidates seeking remote tech jobs and companies offering relevant opportunities. We aggregate job posts from top remote tech companies and provide AI-powered tools to help job-seeker, recruiter and hiring managers.

This project stems from the personal frustrations of its founders, Marco and Giuseppe, with the tech hiring process. We believe the current process is highly inefficient. On average, companies receive 250 applications per position, 90% of which are irrelevant. Candidates typically apply to 50 jobs before getting an offer, often without any response.

Our goal is transforming hiring, starting with small and medium businesses (SMBs) in remote tech. We use AI to enhance human connections for candidates and companies.
