We've been using Creally for a few months now for influencer acquisition. Before that, creator sourcing and outreach was just a lot of manual, repetitive work — finding creators, checking if they're relevant, sending emails, following up. With Creally we managed to cut the operational time on all of this by roughly 40%, which let us focus more on testing different angles and optimizing what actually works.

What is Creally?
Creally is an AI-native Influencer Workflow System that helps influencer marketing teams run creator partnerships at scale. The platform enables teams to work with significantly more creators while moving faster and increasing output without overloading existing processes.
An AI Agent automates the full creator workflow from discovery and outreach to audience checks and negotiations. This turns influencer marketing into a repeatable, scalable growth channel. The system uses theme-based creator discovery that finds creators based on the actual themes of their content rather than keyword matches, reducing irrelevant results and improving response rates.
The platform features a personalized Creally Score that ranks creators using contextual relevance, authenticity, and brand safety. It learns from past successful and unsuccessful collaborations to improve future recommendations. A Performance Score benchmarks creators relative to others in the same niche using indicators such as view-to-follower ratios and posting consistency.
Creally provides targeting and brand-safety controls including geography, language, gender, age prediction, and negative keyword filtering. Teams can exclude creators associated with unwanted or sensitive topics to reduce legal and reputational risk. An AI Agent Playground offers a safe environment to test agents and outreach instructions on real or synthetic data before launching live campaigns.
The interface supports high-volume workflows, reducing operational friction and enabling teams to scale creator partnerships without adding headcount.

That said, it wasn't super intuitive at the start. The UI and the whole workflow took some time to figure out, but the team jumped on a call and walked us through everything, which helped a lot.
One thing that's not really about the platform itself — creators are just hard to work with. They ghost, don't reply, or come back with insane rates. At least with Creally you can automate follow-ups and use the outreach agent, so you're not manually chasing every single one.
We started using the product pretty early on and it was rough around the edges at first, not gonna lie. But they've been shipping fixes and improvements consistently. One of the more recent additions is creator scoring, which significantly improved the quality of results we were getting (even though it cut down the total number of creators — but honestly, quality over quantity here).
A few things that are still missing: not all platforms are supported yet — no YouTube at the moment, though they said it's coming soon. There's also no lookalike search or audience data, which other platforms have. For now we just ask creators directly for their stats.
Overall it does what it promises — makes the whole influencer marketing process less of an operational nightmare. Just be prepared that it's still evolving.
