What is Craftplan?
Craftplan is an open-source ERP solution for small-scale artisanal manufacturers and craft businesses. It combines business tools into one platform, including catalog management, inventory control, order processing, production planning, purchasing, and CRM.
Features include a product catalog, versioned Bills of Materials with automatic cost rollups, labor steps with time and cost tracking, and order processing with scheduling and invoice generation. It also supports production batching, raw material management, demand forecasting, and purchase orders.
The CRM functionality includes a customer and supplier database, and order history. Craftplan allows for CSV bulk import and export, email functionality, and supports SMTP, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Brevo, and Amazon SES. Other features include a calendar feed, JSON:API and GraphQL endpoints, admin and staff roles, and a global search feature.
