The goal is to make the countdown to get to zero.
Assemble the tiles with the same number to create a new tile with the reduced number of 1. When you are able to match two tiles with number 1, the two paired tiles explode.
The more you detonated tiles, the higher your level and therefore more your countdown starts with a high number.
Will you be able to get to level 12?
