What is Concord?
Concord delivers contract management for the 90% of agreements that don't need legal complexity. Founded in 2014, the company serves 1,500+ SMB and mid-market organizations (50-1,000 employees) across North America and Europe from offices in Austin and Paris.
The platform combines contract creation, real-time collaboration, e-signature, and AI-powered review in a single workflow. Business users draft from templates, negotiate in-browser (no more Word attachments), and get AI review in 23 seconds instead of waiting days for legal. Post-signature, automated alerts handle renewals and obligations. Integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, and accounting systems eliminates double-entry.
Concord addresses a simple reality: most contracts are routine business transactions that shouldn't require legal intervention. By enabling sales, procurement, and operations teams to self-serve standard agreements, customers reduce contract cycles by 75% on average. Setup takes days, not months. Training takes hours, not weeks. ROI is measured in weeks, not years.
Languages Supported: All
Concord is deliberately built for SMB/mid-market reality, not enterprise fantasy. While competitors chase Fortune 500 complexity, Concord removes features that slow businesses down.
Result: a platform any business user can master in an afternoon. No consultants. No certifications. No 6-figure implementations. Just contract management that works like modern software should - simple, fast, and focused on business outcomes, not legal process. When 65% of our customers have no legal team, that simplicity isn't nice-to-have - it's survival.

Comments and Reviews
Sending contracts is an essential part of our weekly workflow. We had tried everything we could get our hands on, nothing has come close to what Concord offers. It's fast, super easy to use and our clients really enjoy it. Makes E-Signing a breeze.
So far this product has been nothing but amazing!
We needed a way to stay on top of deadlines for renewals and terminations, and found the perfect solution. Being able to set reminders has helped stay on top of these important dates. Another great aspect of the software would be the ability to add Tags to each contract. This enables us to sort and determine how many contracts, and what contracts different areas are currently using.
My wife and I own and operate Maven's Connections, LLC a joint venture specialist company and we have been using Concord to handle the signing of contracts when a new client hires us. We love using Concord because it is very simple and the feature set is very robust. We are able to track any changes to the contracts as well as any changes that occur during the course of the negotiation process. We have yet to receive any complaints from our customers about the service.
Concord is by far the easiest contracting system to get going on. It is perfect for legal documents and you can edit them and have templates right from within Concord.
We used to use it for all user contracts but now just use it for employment contracts and other binding agreements.
Experience: I'm the founder of a startup and an advisor encouraged us to try out Concord for digital signatures. We've used it for all documents needed to get our first angel investments.
Pros: I'd say the best part about Concord is how seamless the experience is when it comes to inviting team members or people outside your org to discuss and/or sign documents. The editor is also rather intuitive - I didn't need any tutorial to jump right in and do what I needed to do. The learning curve is fairly nonexistent. I had a question about the paid version and their team was very quick to respond.
Cons: Well there aren't any except the fear they will eventually drastically reduce their features for free users but I think it's well worth using now. If you have the money and need the features it will be worth paying for as well.
Advice to Buyers: This will do all you need (and more) - likely for free. Get it.
Implemented this software several months ago and am so surprised at how user friendly it is. Had a great integration session with a team at Concord. Compared several other Contract Management programs before deciding on Concord and their pricing and features were far superior.
The Concord contract management platform has become a resource tool used everyday for our company. Internal permissioning and automatic notifications allow for efficient maintenance and monitoring of our contracts and agreements, with a centralized repository for quick and easy referencing. The audit trail, discussion notes, term, and finance sections also add to ongoing dialogue amongst our users. Would definitively recommend the Concord contract management solution.
