Collectizi is a great tool. I was looking for a saas application to replace our manual documents collection process. Collectizi helped us to improve the way we gather our customers' documents by providing useful features such as reminders. Our customers can send the required docs directly from their mobile phone wich had been one of their main requests for years. I'm missing the integration with our CRM :( Nevertheless, I can download all the files in one click and import them in our clients files.

This app is a wonderful time saver! We've been one of the first customers using it as a pilot for our Summer school agency before switching to permanent users. I must admit that so far it's been a great addition to our list of productivity tools. The interface is very easy to understand by the team (I only work with contractors and they get up to speed pretty quickly on the tool), it works well for our clients and not only does it helps getting more clients but it also decreases the on-boarding time.
