What is Codelines?
Codelines is a 
Visual Studio Code extension that lets you create programming articles inside the IDE by integrating a rich text with your code.
Use marks to create bindigs between the code and the text. Codelines keep references between the marks you created. Every time you update your code, the marks get updated.
