Coach's Eye is a good app and a useful tool. What they don't tell you is when you pay the $4.99 basic rate is they shut you down after about a month. You will never be successful in contacting them because the use endless reset passwords. Try the forget your password method? Forget it. You will go through all the hurdles but will never be allowed to use your app. You will get endless emails from TechSmith advertising products other than their Coach's Eye application. You can fill out the forms for "Contact us" but all they do is send you other product information plus their reset password links, which as I just explained are dead ends. I have just explained this situation which is on-going. Before the day is out I will have a dozen emails from TechSmith, none of them designed to let a person access the application that has been paid for. My advice, don't be tempted. Larry
