CLOVATEL is a cloud-based hotel management system that is designed to fulfill the needs of the modern hospitality industry with all the necessary modules. It is a fully integrated product suite with Self-Service KIOSK, Housekeeping Mobile App, Room Service Mobile App, and more.
The Self-Service Kiosk includes facial recognition, Passport or NRIC scanning, cash collector, online payment gateway, credit card payment, QR code payment, and room key-card encoder. Guest can use the self-service Kiosk for most common self-services like check-in, checkout. It also has more advanced functions like Extend Reservation, Upgrade Rooms, etc.
CLOVATEL Housekeeping App is designed to manage the cleaning process easily and effectively. It sends notifications automatically to housekeepers about guest check-ins, check-outs, and dirty rooms. It also allows for housekeepers to update rooms status once finished their job.
CLOVATEL Room Service app provides a great experience to your guest with CLOVATEL Room Service App. It allows for guests to place food orders and other housekeeping requests at their fingertips from the room.
