What is Circuitous?

Circuitous is only available from the Cydia app store.
Comments and Reviews
In my opinion, Circuitous strongly resembles the design of iOS4's multitasker. There's probably even Winterboard themes that make the two look exactly alike. So if your iPhone doesn't support native multitasking (or if you just don't like it), getting Circuitous with Backgrounder is a good option.
