Comments and Reviews
There used to be a way to give feedback to the expert questions, but now everything is answered by 'anonymous' and you can either thumbs up or thumbs down. You can't request additional clarification. They keep making bad changes to the website reducing functionality, and now even simple questions asked to an expert seem to get flagged for copyright violation ????
Sad to see a fairly decent service have such poor execution and it keeps getting worse.
