With ChatCreate you can build and manage a chatbot that is able to handle predictable support queries, as well as increase website sales and customer-engagement with custom triggers and pre-defined conversation flows for qualifying leads, booking meetings, converting traffic into signups -- all on autopilot.
Core features: Multilanguage AI for processing text-written customer questions and providing answers. Flow-builder for building pre-defined conversation flows that users can navigate using buttons and text. Zendesk integration. The Chatbot widget integrates with the zendesk widget on your website and handoff-conversations are handed off to your zendesk chat/support together with chatbot conversation history so your agents can take over where the bot left off. API integrations to your backend systems. Thanks to ChatCreate’s versatile API module, the bot can be easily linked with your other systems to pull and send data. Deploy and manage the bot with your team, no complicated technical work required. The bot can be built and tested within ChatCreate’s environment and the only technical bit required for launching the bot is that you have to add a small code-snipped (similar to Zendesk widget’s script) to your website.
