What is CertHat - Tools for Microsoft PKI?

PKI solution based on Microsoft AD CS (Active Directory Certificate Services) offers an affordable and powerful digital certificates environment; however, sometimes it can be challenging to use without additional tools (3rd party utilities or scripts). The administrative interface of Microsoft AD Certificate Services does not provide a comprehensive, easy & simple way to find certificates in the database, define groups or create alerts in the case of expiring certificates.

CertHat – tools for Microsoft PKI focuses on those missing parts. It primarily provides an easy-to-use and powerful search and group engine with alert service. In addition, it gives certificate managers and certificate requesters web-based tools to do their work without the need to log on to CA Servers.

CertHat is easy to install and can be deployed within minutes in your existing Active Directory CA environment. It can manage all of your Microsoft PKI servers, but it can also import external certificates from various sources.

With CertHat, you will be able to track all your certificates and create alerts before they expire. You will be more productive and efficient in managing certificates. CertHat helps you to dramatically reduce the risk of system or business incidents due to expired certificates.
