Offline-first. Ceno is designed with internet shutdown scenarios in mind. Websites are shared by a global network of peers, and stored in a distributed cache for availability when traditional networks are blocked or go down.

Comments and Reviews
Ceno.app helps users to access region restricted web sites via free but slow proxy server. As far as I know, Ceno.app did not connect to any website via peer to peer connection, because there were no enough users.
