Malware. DO NOT install this on MacOS unless you want to be interrupted every few minutes by multiple copies of the help web page randomly opening in Safari, even of you're not using the app. And it is impossible to uninstall: dragging the app into the trash doesn't work, it comes right back. It's not just me, this is affecting multiple machines at work. More malware from Sony, the rootkit people.
