It runs across devices including iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Phone, Microsoft Surface, Desktops, etc. This allows you to create rich dashboards that work on all the devices without compromising on maintainability or functionality of your web application. CanvasJS is around 10x faster than conventional Flash and SVG Charts.

The library performs well with even millions of data points. As a developer one would look for less learning curve, good documentaion and easier customization - which CanvasJS has!
One of the fastest charting packages I've tested. Plotted a line representing 99k pts and rescaled axis in about 84 ms. Easy to test out before buying.
