TRIPS Create or update Trips and choose a beautiful photo for easy identification. View Upcoming, Undecided (no date), and Past Trips, organized so you can find your next Trip easily. ITINERARY Create Itineraries manually or import email Reservations automatically. Add Transportation (Flights, Car Rentals, Trains, Buses, etc), Lodgings (Hotels, etc), Cruises, Eateries (Restaurants, etc), Points of Interest, Events, Activities, Tours, Notes, and Checklists. Browse in Summary View for a quick glance or Day View for detailed information, including times, addresses, photos, and planning gaps. Easily Search and Filter Items, including when using the Map View to visualize your Plans. Rearrange your Itinerary with automatic Date/Time adjustments when Plans change. View full Itinerary Item details, including navigation options, contact info, and costs. Edit Itinerary Items with intuitive pre-selections for things like Dates, Country, Currency, and Timezone based on your Trip and other Itinerary Items. Add Places manually or search for quick access and Map integration. Assign People to Itinerary Items to Filter them by Tripmates. Keep all Flight Legs under one entry for an overview of your Flight journey. Mark off Checklist Items directly without needing to edit each one.

RESERVATIONS Import Reservations by forwarding Transportation (Flight, Car Rental, Train, Bus, etc), Lodging (Hotel, etc), Cruise, Restaurant, Event, Activity, and Tour emails to imports@btravelrs.com. Reservations are parsed from any format or language, with helpful error messages for issues and manual entry if needed. The Email body and attached PDFs are stored for quick access and to assist manual entry. View Imports and Reservations chronologically, with links between Imports, Reservations, and Trips. Reservations are auto-added to existing Trips if they match the dates; otherwise, new Trips are created. Add multiple Plans to a single Reservation.

DISCOVERY The Discover page connects you with numerous third party services to find and book essentials for your Trip, from complete Trips with Go Ahead Tours, to Flights with Expedia, Lodgings with Booking.com, Car Rentals with Economy Bookings, and Tours with Viator.

SHARING Share Trips with unlimited Tripmates, including both Users and Non-Users, like children, organizing Items by Tripmate. Provide view-only or edit access, allowing full functionality except Trip deletion (reserved for the Trip owner). Share a link with non-Contacts to add them as Contacts and grant access. Contacts can then be seamlessly added to other Trips. Modify or remove Tripmate access, except for the Owner.
