I was using
Geometric Weather, but since it seems the project is not maintained anymore, I've switched to Breezy Weather, which is an active and updated fork. It's really good, and it works flawlessly!
A wonderful weather app with lovely animations
Does exactly what I would like, which is to tell me the weather. You can modify a lot of the interface to show what you would like/not like to see. Good options for open source and non-open source weather sources. You can get versions of the APK that do not include any non-free weather sources. Integrates well into Kvaesitso launcher for Android.

My most favorite weather app for this past 2 years. Lots of functionality. Sleek design and good widget choices.
A weather app that just works as it should be. It supports multiple sources (also local ones) so you can double or triple check. It's light, open source and beautiful, what else can you ask?
The best weather forecast application out there in my opinion. From my experience it provides very reliable data.
