Twitter Bootstrap seems like the most solid and adopted framework for building responsive websites. Will try it out someday!

I'm a hobbyist with basic experience in HTML and not much CSS knowledge. Bootstrap enabled me to give my page a clean CSS setup after having a quick read of how to integrate elements from their documentation. Anyone learning the latest version of HTML should try to use V4 of bootstrap which is currently in Alpha but works just fine.
