What is BlueSoleil?

BlueSoleil is a Bluetooth software and driver designed to function with Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Windows CE operating systems. The software is often included with Bluetooth dongles, PCs, laptops, PDAs, PNDs, and UMPCs, usually with a version that has limited functionality and OEM licensing.
