I don't write reviews often unless i'm unsatisfied, but I had to do a BlockFi review - for GOOD reasons for once.
The whole process went smooth, had to ask their support staff and question and they got back to me with a clear answer.
Had unexpected car-related expenses, the idea of selling off my crypto to cover it was killing me. But now I was able to cover those expenses, loan terms were a million times better than a banks, and when it's done I still own my bitcoin.
I understand your position, we all sometimes have to sacrifice part of our crypt.
As for the service, I preferred the alternative in crypto loans from CoinRabbit, I found their terms more interesting
