What is BibleStudy.tools?

As a literate Christian you have a mandate from your Lord Jesus Christ to read what he wrote and understand it in its context. Taking notes while you read and search is the beginning of getting this understanding. Reviewing your notes and forming them into coherent study texts is then the discipline that proves all things. Finally, distilling your studies back into the marginal notes and comments of a study Bible enables you to take this understanding everywhere you take your Bible.

The study backend is founded in the computer science field of Natural Language Processing, or NLP. The basis of NLP is annotations to the text being studied. These annotations convey certain qualities of the text, and by using special search tools that recognize them you can get more understanding. Read more at https://BibleStudy.tools/about/study/nlp.html.

A printed document in your hands is better than a computer document on a screen, even though having both is better than having just one. That's why after you write a Bible study you create PDF files of it. PDFs are generated on the backend using a desktop publishing program because desktop publishing is the best way to control the appearance of each page of a document. For total control install the backend's desktop publishing program on your computer and use it to manually tweak your generated documents.
