What is Better Calendar Widget?

The calendar widget that should exist. Finally, a macOS calendar widget that lets you change the months.

The feature Apple “forgot” to invent. We call it… time travel. Okay, not really. We just added arrows so you can switch the months in the widget without having to open the full calendar.

Also introducing…

  • Legible contrast (We like better readability and less squinting.)
  • Centered numbers (Because we have OCD and want things to be in their place. Perfectly centered.)
  • Month navigation: Swiftly move forward and backward in time. Click the month name to instantly jump back to today.
  • Quick deep-Links: Click any date to instantly jump to that specific day in your macOS Calendar.
  • Stealth mode: No dock icon. No persistent window. A purely background utility that lives only when you need it.
