What is Batch & Print Pro?
Batch & Print Pro is a software tool designed for mass and hot folder printing. It can print documents from a list in your preferred order and supports a variety of formats such as PDF, MS Word, HTML, Text Files, Image formats, Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, and more.
The software monitors the spool queue of your selected printer for smooth sequence printing. It includes features like Directory monitoring, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, POP3 & IMAP Email monitoring, DropBox & Google Drive monitor support, and a Print scheduler. It also offers printer load balancing, PDF to Postscript conversion, and direct printing of native printer formats like PS, PCL, PRN.
Batch & Print Pro allows drag & drop of files, saving and loading batch lists for future use, list ordering options, and separator pages between files with optional color separator creation.
The software supports pdf portfolio files, batch file replication, DOS & VBS scripts within the list, zip,7zip & rar files. It logs and reports activities, sends email notifications, can run as an NT service, and provides command line support. It recognizes the number of pages in PDF files, allows appending and printing groups of pdf's as one job file, and offers quick job setup for printing lists of files quickly by task name. It also includes a pdf color/bw splitting option for different printer setups and can convert various file types to pdf with an optional append printing as one file.
