What is Bandicut?
Bandicut is a video editing software designed for high-speed video cutting and joining, with a user-friendly interface. It is capable of swiftly trimming sections of a video while maintaining the original video quality. Additional features include the ability to extract audio from video to MP3, combine multiple video files, eliminate specific parts from the video, or divide the video into several files.
The software allows users to select the cutting/joining area on a per-frame basis, providing a high level of precision. Unlike other software that only allows quick cuts between "keyframes," Bandicut enables rapid cuts between any selected frames. The software offers two cutting methods: High-Speed mode and Encoding mode. High-Speed mode ensures precise video cuts without re-encoding, resulting in lossless quality and faster speed. Encoding mode offers re-encoding capabilities, allowing users to modify the codec, resolution, or quality of a video as needed.
Bandicut supports saving videos as AVI or MP4 files and is compatible with common codecs such as H.264, Xvid, MPEG-1, and Motion JPEG. It also supports a wide range of video formats. Additionally, if your CPU supports it, Bandicut utilizes hardware acceleration via Intel Quick Sync Video, enabling high-speed video cutting with excellent and lossless quality. For reference, a frame is a single shot of a still scene in a video, while a keyframe indicates the beginning or end of a signal change in a video file.

Comments and Reviews
Just because Bandicut is a minor addition to the amazing Bandicam, it does not mean that it should be overlooked as a minor trinket to it. Bandicut has served as a video editing software for me for many, many years and even when I have Sony Vegas 13 Pro, I still use it. It should get more attention than it currently receives.
Bandicut is awesome. I mainly use the function to cut out unnecessary parts of the video or change the video playback speed. Amazingly, it takes less than two minutes to cut a video.
Simple and fast video editing software. I don't need to study how to edit using this software because of its easy interface. Also, I am very satisfying with its quality and speed. No quality losses, very fast.
it was easy for even beginners to use. it's a free version, but I thought i wantes to use it for a fee
It's nice for beginners. I can cut, split or join videos with Bandicut without losing the original video quality. pretty cool!!!!
If you are going to need simple functions such as cut and add, I'd recommend this program for edit program. One of the functions I like is that I can get the video music for mp3 file. This is really useful!
