What is azure pronunciation assessment?

EDIT: what I say above isn't true: it's only free during the trial, then you pay per request (and it's very expensive, even much more than Elsa, even if you use it a few minutes per day). It'll be the best alternative only when Microsoft will make it (much) cheaper.
