The only way to reliably control volume in your browser. Watching a quiet YouTube video? Just launch the "limiter", lower the threshold and adjust the volume. I love this extension. It is really the only existing browser extension with a compressor built-in.
You can also boost volume when it's too quiet. When the audio only plays in one ear, you turn on the mono mode, and it's fixed. The "limiter" is just a regular compressor, though.
It is a must-have for watching obscure YouTube tutorials or just quiet videos.
