What is Atrium?
Atrium is an open-source, self-hosted client portal built for agencies and freelancers. It replaces scattered tools — shared drives, spreadsheets, and emails — with a single branded portal your clients can log into. Features include project management with customizable status pipelines, secure file sharing (S3, MinIO, Cloudflare R2, or local storage), white-label branding with custom colors, logo, and domain, role-based access control, magic link and email/password authentication, and multi-tenant support so each agency operates as its own isolated organization. Built with NestJS, Next.js 15, React 19, PostgreSQL, and Prisma. Available as a cloud-hosted service (free tier available) or fully self-hostable via Docker.
