The Asengana Writing and Project Management Platform was born of a need we had as writers - digital tools to help with the writing process. On Asengana, a professional writer will discover a writing software, consisting of many elements found in different software solutions to which we added our own digital versions of pen and paper/ post-it/ cork-board. A writer just starting on this journey will be able to directly access instruments created after the careful analysis of the methods used and tested by professional writers.

All your writing in one place We are committed to providing writers with a tool to assist with every need: research, writing a manuscript, collaborating with an editor or cover designer, marketing or selling their books. We have a clear road map for the months to come - new modules will be developed and integrated into the platform. You can create your novel, premise to final draft, using a writing software that lets you do all the planning you need: logline, synopsis, timeline, chapters, and scenes. All the research done for your book, characters’ files, settings, and the manuscript structure will be easily accessible in one place.

Project Management for Writers We have adapted the Kanban project management methodology so that you can better organize your writing projects. Every day, you can decide the scenes to work on - and the platform will provide a clear image of your progress. The Kanban integration within the Manuscript module allows you to focus on specific parts of your story and not get sidetracked. But Asengana is meant to be more than a writing software. Now the platform is a tool designed to increase productivity and offer valuable insights into the writing process. In the near future it will empower you to take ownership over the entire publishing process of your works.
