Hasn't been updated since like 2001, but is the best animated gif program out there
Although it is indicated that it does not work with Windows Vista, Seven or Eight, I have used it with both Windows Vista and Windows 8 in combination with the new Corel Photo X6 program and it works great. So it is a phenomenal program!
