AM PravaH is a graphical user interface (GUI)-based high-performance simulation software, specifically designed for additive manufacturing. It is developed by Paanduv R&D and is a combination of parallelized computational modeling with state-of-the-art numerical methods provided by international research leaders and in-house.

Computational modeling capabilities of AM PravaH – The current version of AM PravaH has the capability of modeling additive manufacturing processes across scales, including macroscale and microscale. As a high-performance CFD software, it enables precise simulation of particle dynamics for AM processes that use metal powders. At the macroscale, it captures laser dynamics, melt pool behavior, phase change, solidification, Marangoni effects, heat and mass transfer, and surface tension effects. At the microscale, it models grain structure, grain size, and grain morphology. In addition, a robust deep learning module is integrated for predicting AM process parameters and building quality using experimental or simulation data.
